Shweta Singh Kirti slams Rhea Chakraborty: 'Blaming the deceased – Where's the conscience?'

Shweta Singh Kirti, the sister of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has recently taken to Instagram to share her thoughts, indirectly addressing Sushant's ex-girlfriend, actor Rhea Chakraborty. In a subtle yet pointed message, Shweta seemed to respond to Rhea's recent interview with India Today, where Rhea discussed Sushant and his mental health.

Shweta's Instagram post featured a series of old photographs of Sushant, capturing moments of him playing with children and posing with fans. . 

The final image was a close-up shot of Sushant, radiating a warm smile. In her caption, Shweta wrote, "Blaming the person who has passed on… who can't defend himself anymore. I wonder what answer will you give to your conscience!"

She further expressed, "My bhai (brother) had a pure heart, and he is still alive in the hearts of millions. We don't feel the need to come out and say anything because people can feel the truth. Bhai was, Bhai is, and will always be our pride! The kind of love he has stirred in every heart will never die!! We will relentlessly fight for his justice." Shweta concluded her post with the hashtags "justice for Sushant" and "Sushant Singh Rajput."

For the unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput tragically passed away in his Mumbai apartment on June 14, 2020. Following his demise, Sushant's parents registered a case of alleged abetment to suicide against Rhea Chakraborty. Simultaneously, a parallel investigation into alleged drug procurement, based on Rhea's WhatsApp conversations.

Rhea was subsequently granted bail by the Bombay High Court in connection with the cases related to the drug probe linked to Sushant. The circumstances surrounding Sushant's passing continue to be a subject of intense public interest and ongoing legal proceedings.
