The team of director K. Madhu, writer S.N. Swamy and actor Mammootty is back again for the fifth "Sethurama Iyer CBI" film.
The last four parts of the Malayalam mystery crime franchise were box-office hits.
Actor Mukesh will reprise the role of Chacko, and it is said that the role of police officer Vikram, usually handled by Jagathy Sreekumar, will have to be passed on to some other star as he has not yet recovered from injuries sustained in a car accident.

Fahad in Shyamaprasad's next
Actor Fahad Fazil has been roped in to play the role of a visually challenged artist in director Shyamaprasad's next.
Ann Augustine has been finalised to play the role opposite Fahad, read a statement.
Shyamaprasad's "English" is currently in post-production, and Fahad is currently working for "Olipporu", directed by A.V. Sasidharan.
Fahad is also working in Salim Babu's "Red Wine", which too is in the post-production phase.

Kalabhavan Mani's 'Mayapuri 3D' begins
The cameras have begun rolling for Kalabhhavan Mani and Mahesh Usman's "Mayapuri 3D" at Merryland Studio here.
Sekhar Sankaran is producing the Rs.9.5 crore film under the banner of Safa-Sheron Movies.
The film's title itself indicates its theme. The movie is in the fantasy genre.
Almost 15 dwarfs are acting in the film, centred around children. Actors like Adil Muhammed, Ramzan, Alphaz and Esther are handling prominent roles of children in this movie.
