Sasural Simar Ka actress Shweta Sinha returns to TV with Colors' Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsas Kii

Colors' Shakti Astitv Ke Ehsas Kii is going through some high wattage drama as after Vivian Dsena's exit, Saumya's death track too has been telecast and the fans are loving this change of track. The makers are roping in new faces and the latest buzz is that actress Shweta Sinha has been roped in to take the story forward. 

Shweta is a prominent name in the TV industry and has been a part of super hit shows like Sasural Simar Ka. Now she will be seen essaying a titular role in Shakti and it will be marking her comeback after almost a year. 

In an interaction with Bombay Times, she talked about her sabbatical from the tube and how she feels getting back to work again. She said that it feels great to be back on the same channel and work with the same production house, which gave her the biggest role of her career so far. 

She says that she has enjoyed her seven-year-long journey on 'SSK' and now she is glad that she is getting to collaborate with them again for their show, 'Shakti' which is quite popular.  She hopes to leave a mark with her performance, like she did with SSK. And she hopes to make the producers proud of their choice as well. 

She waited for too long to be back on television and explaining this she said,"I'm quite selective about the kind of roles I take up and I expect to be paid well. I guess, that's the reason why it took me so long to get back on TV. Long breaks from work can be frustrating and depressing. So, I think acting should never be the only source of income. There should be a back-up plan for financial security."

Well, the viewers must be quiet thrilled to know that Shweta will now be seen in one of the most popular Colors' show. Are you?
