Rakesh Roshan’s review of son Hrithik and Tiger Shroff’s War is every Proud Dad ever!

The biggest action entertainer of the year starring the dynamic duo of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, titled War, released a few days back. The film smashed all records on the box office, as the film crossed the benchmark of Rs 100 crore in its first three days. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra under his banner Yash Raj Films, the action thriller also stars Vaani Kapoor in a pivotal role. 

While this mega action film has been on the receiving end of only good reviews from the audience and fans, Bollywood celebrities too did not step away from showering their words of appreciation for the film. However, amidst all the reviews, a special review from Hrithik’s father Rakesh Roshan has managed to make our hearts full of happiness.

Acclaimed filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, who is now healing from his bad health, made time to attend the special screening of son Hrithik and Tiger’s War. Congratulating the lead heroes, he said, “War has been designed to showcase the two heroes’ strength and style and they have 100 percent achieved their goal of hitting the bull's eye with conviction. Congrats to the team of War and Yash Raj Films.”

Rakesh ji further went on to praise his son’s splendid performance in the film and stated that as an actor, Hrithik does complete justice to every character he plays on screen. Like a proud dad, he said, “I am proud of Hrithik as he justifies a variety of characters he has played in all his films with utmost conviction. He never looks unsuited to any of his portrayals. In fact, he enhances each performance to surprise all.  No actor in a short span has given such varied roles,” quoted Pinkvilla.
