Radhika Madan on Nepotism: I Don't Crib About It

Radhika Madan made her debut in 2018 with the film Pataakha and is now onto her next project. She will be next seen in Angrezi Medium, opposite Irrfan Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepak Dobriyal, and Ranvir Shorey.

Radhika, who is not from a starry family is successfully paving her way and marking her impression through her performances. During the recent promotions of Angrezi Medium, we asked her about the much talked about topic of nepotism, and here's what she had to say about it.

Agreeing to the fact that being a star kid helps you get work, Radhika says, "Ofcourse that helps but now there is an acceptable about it. I may have to call the filmmakers and say, 'hey I wanna audition for this film' while for the others it may be like 'hey I'm doing your film.'

"But do I crib about it?No. There is acceptance now. My job is to give my 200 percent" she adds.

The young actress further states: "Many people tell me 'Yahi hota hai industry mei', 'why are you even auditioning' but I don't think like that. I have to give my best and if even after that it doesn't work out, then that's not in my hands. I can atleast look in the mirror and tell myself that I gave my best."

Further she adds, "Now so many things are been made, there's work for everybody."

Speaking of Angrezi Medium, the film is a spin off of the 2017 film Hindi Medium and releases on 13 March 2020.
