"Acting happened accidentally to me!" -Priyanka Bhole Sidana

Having worked in prominent shows like Gumrah, Parvarish, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Junoon, actress Priyanka Bhole Sidana is in a happy space who is seen playing the character of Prachi (Sangeeta Ghosh's sister) in Kehta Hai Dil...Jee Le Zara on Sony TV.

When asked Priyanka what inspired her to choose acting as her profession, the petite actress says, "Acting happened accidentally to me. I was never passionate to become an actor as I had never planned my life too seriously. Basically, I hail from Pune and after completing my graduation, a lot many people suggested me to get into acting. Just like any other newcomer, I also tried my hands auditioning for various roles. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, but after some encouragement and prodding by my family and friends, I took up some offers."

Talking about her show Kehta Hai Dil...Jee Le Zara, Priyanka says, "Even though I have worked in couple of shows earlier but Jee Le Zara is one particular show which is now giving me recognition. I'm happy with the way my character is shaping up and the screen space I am being offered."

As Priyanka is surrounded by quite many popular and senior actors, when asked about her equation with her co-stars, the actress says, "It's really great working with all of them. Not just on-screen but off-screen as well, we share a good bonding. Meenakshi Sethi who is playing my Naani takes care of us like real grandparents and since I have a big sweet tooth, she brings sweets specially for me. However, since I spend much time with Nabeel Ahmed, who is my brother in the show, we actually fight crazily like real siblings. Nonetheless, Sangeeta is also a good friend." 

Interestingly, we found that the actress who looks too young is already married. Says Priyanka, "It's been one and a half year that I'm married and anybody who comes to know about it does not believes it. But I have never hidden about my marriage. In fact, I am glad that my in-laws have been a major support to me."
