Priya Ahuja Rajda is perhaps the fittest diva of television. Her Instagram is filled with her gym sessions which encourages her fans to hit the gym. Regardless of her hectic schedule, the actress always makes time for exercise. 

Today on the occasion of the international Yoga Day Priya speaks about how yoga has changed her life. She says, “Unfortunately people see yoga as only some postures and exercises but Yoga is way beyond that. Aasanas aren’t only for weight loss and to reduce your pain. Meditation isn’t only about sitting quietly with closed eyes.Yoga teaches you to be more focused, to be more flexible not only physically but emotionally too! It gives strength not only to your body but to your mind as well.”

Emphasising on since when she is into fitness and yoga, the GHKKPM actress continued, “I have been doing yoga since my school days. And it has helped me on emotional and physical level”. 

This valuable lesson coming from a fitness enthu on the the international yoga day is really motivating to start doing yoga and keep ourselves healthy and focused.
