Only happy tears: Shibani Dandekar shares adorable pictures from her 'Boho mehendi' ceremony

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar have released stunning Mehendi pics that will leave you speechless, after painting social media red with amazing wedding photos on Wednesday. The couple had hosted their wedding celebrations at Javed Akhtar's Khandala farmhouse. 

The Mehendi ceremony, on the other hand, took place at Farhan's house in Mumbai. Only the couple's closest friends and family members were present, and the photos will leave you speechless.

Shibani said in her Instagram caption that her Boho mehendi event was hosted by her best friends Payal Singhal and Nehali Kotian. Shibani is seen in the images wearing a lovely colourful garara ensemble with flawless hair and makeup for a fun-filled Mehendi.

Shibani was spotted having a great time during the Mehendi celebration, from dancing with her beau Farhan to applying Mehendi to his palm. She was also spotted posing with Shabana Azmi and other celebrities.

Sharing the photos, Shibani wrote, 

"Two of best friends, my sisters, my protectors, my lifers, threw me the most incredible mehendi! I felt the love and energy hard in the room that might! For standing by me through my wedding and through my life @payalsinghal @nehalikotian the love is beyond deep! You both have wanted this for me for as long as I know so I guess your dreams came true! No words to describe your love and loyalty, only happy tears thank you for this! I’ll cherish the memory forever!"

On February 19, the duo married in a private backyard wedding in Khandala. Hrithik Roshan, Rhea Chakraborty, Shankar Mahadevan, Amrita Arora Ladak, and a few more close friends of Shibani and Farhan were among those who came. On February 21, the couple registered for their wedding, after which they posed for the paparazzi. After their registered wedding, Farhan and Shibani gave out sweets to the paparazzi.
