Nakuul Mehta on being selective, Hina Khan becoming a brand and more

Nakuul Mehta returned to the television screens as Ram Kapoor on Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. The actor has been receiving a lot of love for his role and in fact, also for the fact that he has added a bunch of layers to the character as well. Opposite him, is his former co-star Disha Parmar, and the two have returned with a better understanding of their chemistry, something that is visible.

The actor recently spoke to Siddharth Kanan, and he went on to reveal how he has been selective about the work he picks because he is not someone who can move on from one show to the other and for a television actor, he feels he has done close to 1500 episodes, which is just about enough and he is content with it. He also briefly spoke about missing baby boy Sufi now that he has been shooting for 22 days straight and he often finds himself looking at his kid's photos.

Among other things, he also spoke about how he is someone who is vocal about things he strongly feels about, especially with his recent poem series, Too Much Democracy. While he says that nothing he talks about is really controversial, he also mentioned jokingly how not everyone understands what he talks about, and hence, not a lot of people care.

When asked about his Ishqbaaaz co-star Surbhi Chandna and if he is in touch, he says how the chemistry that they developed was crackling and it was really fun. However, he adds that they are not in touch after all. When asked about Hina Khan, he is all praises for her and said how she has been doing great work and that she has evolved and how, thereby making herself a brand name in the industry.
