Sean "Diddy" Combs faces multiple accusations, including sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and rape, with shocking footage and lawsuits under the New York Adult Survivors Act. Read on to know more.
Trigger Warning: Sexual Assault, Abuse
Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing serious allegations, leading to his recent arrest in New York. Shocking footage has surfaced showing him physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie. Following this, two more women have come forward with disturbing claims.
Combs, known for launching the careers of many stars, was taken into custody by federal agents on charges of sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and rape. These charges stem from multiple civil lawsuits filed over recent months. The indictment accuses Combs of forcing women into participating in "Freak Outs," where recorded sexual activities took place to satisfy his desires.
Combs lawyer firmly denies the accusations, stating, "He is an innocent man with nothing to hide." His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, expressed disappointment in the prosecution's actions, calling the charges "unjust."

Combs, who has had several stage names like Puff Daddy and P. Diddy, is now facing a very different phase in his life. His homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by federal agents earlier this year as part of the investigation. On top of these new accusations, Combs was hit with a $100 million default judgment in a case from 1997. Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, the plaintiff, claims that Combs sexually assaulted him at a party decades ago.
The case took a surprising turn when a judge ordered Combs to pay $10 million per month starting in October. Combs, now 54, continues to deny all allegations, with his legal team calling the claims baseless and driven by financial motives.
In a particularly shocking development, surveillance footage from 2016 was released, showing Combs chasing Cassie down a hotel hallway before attacking her near an elevator. The video shows him dragging her back to his room, a moment Combs later apologized for in a public statement on Instagram. He admitted his behavior was "inexcusable" and took full responsibility for the incident.
The accusations span decades, with Combs facing lawsuits under the New York Adult Survivors Act. This act allowed victims of sexual assault to file civil suits regardless of how much time had passed. Combs is one of many high-profile individuals facing charges under this law.
