It is evident that Janhvi Kapoor and Shikhar Pahariya have become quite confident about their relationship in the past one year. While we would see them drop comments on each other’s social media, and make the trips to the Balaji Temple of Tirupati, the actress never spoke about him. However, she has spoken about Shikhar Pahariya during the promotions of Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. She said that he has been a part of her life since she was 15-16. Janhvi Kapoor said her beau has fully supported her dreams, and she has been by his side. She said it was like the two raised one another. Her father Boney Kapoor also said that he is a part of the family. 

Janhvi Kapoor admits to checking Shikhar Pahariya's phone

In an interview with Switch, she said that she knows it is red flag behavior but she does check the phone of her boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya. When someone asked her if boyfriends too should be allowed to check girlfriend’s phone, she promptly said “No”. When asked why, she said that they should know to trust their partners. 

Boney Kapoor dotes on Shikhar Pahariya

Boney Kapoor said that Shikhar Pahariya was friends with Janhvi Kapoor even when they had broken up as a couple. He said he was always there for her family and her. Boney Kapoor said he truly appreciates this quality, and this is why he is never an “ex”. It seems he is friendly with the entire Kapoor clan. His father Sanjay Pahariya is a successful businessman. Shikhar has his business in the gaming industry. He is also the grandson of top Maharashtra minister Sushil Kumar Shinde. 

After Mr and Mrs Mahi, she will be seen in Ulajh, which is a spy thriller. It is coming in the month of June. She has started shoot for Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Varun Dhawan as well.
