Gauahar Khan opens up about childhood brush with danger

Gauahar Khan is a prominent Indian model, actress, and television personality known for her versatile career in the entertainment industry. Gauahar Khan's foray into acting came when she made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Yash Raj Films' production, "Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year." This marked the beginning of her acting career, and she soon became a known face in Bollywood. She continued to feature in various films across genres, showcasing her versatility as an actress. Notable among her film credits are roles in films like the action thriller "Game," the intense revenge drama "Ishaqzaade," the suspenseful thriller "Fever," the romantic comedy "Badrinath Ki Dulhania," and the Indian period drama "Begum Jaan."

Apart from her film career, Gauahar Khan gained widespread popularity by participating in the reality television show "Bigg Boss 7." Her appearance on the show captivated audiences, and she emerged as the winner, solidifying her position as a household name in India. Gauahar Khan tied the knot with Zaid Darbar in her personal life, and their relationship has been the subject of much media attention. Additionally, the couple has embarked on the journey of parenthood, adding a new chapter to their lives.

In a candid conversation with Gauahar, the actress recalling a frightening incident from her childhood, she recounted, "During her 9th-grade years while residing in Pune, she had ventured out for some errands. The busy street was filled with constant honking, and she initially hoped the group of guys following her would eventually disperse. However, they persisted relentlessly. Spotting an STD booth nearby, she rushed inside, seeking assistance. She informed the attendant about the men tailing her and was advised to contact a family member for help. Regrettably, her calls couldn't get through."

She went on to share, "Desperation forced her to start running, eventually seeking refuge in a nearby building. Climbing to the first floor, she implored the occupants for help. It wasn't until she finally managed to connect with her mother that the situation began to improve. Her mother promptly arrived and ensured her safety, showcasing tremendous bravery."
