Diya Aur Baati Hum to witness a new entry!
The popular show recently added three more actors to its ensemble cast. Read on to know more.
Diya Aur Baati Hum is one of Star Plus' no.1 shows. It has always been in the news for its gripping storyline. The current storyline is focusing on parallel tracks. One where Sandhya (Deepika Singh) is fighting to clear Arzoo's (Prachi Tehlan) name of terrorism charges and the other where Om (Abhinav Shukla) gets married to Emily (Pooja Singh).
After the re-entry of Maasa (Ragini Shah) and entry of actors Abhiav Shukla, Priyanka Singh and Supriya Kumari, another popular actress is all set to join the show. She is none other that Ruk Jaana Nahin actress Pooja Sharma.
We contacted the actress who confirmed the development. Says Pooja, "Yes. My entry has been confirmed. As of now my character will be shown to be dead or in coma, I don't know. And my husband Om will get married to Emily. But I will then make an entry. My character is an out and out negative one."
Wasn't she sceptical about going for a negative character, "No. Believe me. Negative characters are absolutely fun. I played a grey character in Tu Mera Hero but this is different. My main challenge will be my look. I have to make efforts to look like an antagonist does," she clarified.
