Deepika Padukone steps out with Ranveer for dinner; channels 'Naina Talwar' vibe with her maternity look -PICS

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted enjoying a dinner outing in Mumbai on Monday evening. This marked their third night out in a row, with Ranveer having recently returned from the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Italy. The Bollywood power couple was accompanied by Ranveer’s father, Jagjit Singh Bhavani, and Deepika’s mother, Ujala Padukone.

Deepika, who is expecting her first child in September, looked stunning in a red gingham shirt co-ord set paired with matching pants and large eyeglasses. Her chic maternity style has been turning heads lately. Ranveer, always the protective husband, guided her out of the restaurant, keeping her safe from fans and paparazzi. He kept it casual in a white shirt, blue jeans, and a blue cap.

Fans couldn’t help but draw parallels between Deepika’s look and her character, Naina Talwar, from the movie "Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani," especially with her stylish sunglasses. The viral videos of the couple have been widely circulated on social media, with fans praising Deepika's effortless maternity fashion. 

Recently, Deepika and Ranveer were also spotted casting their votes in the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections. They arrived at the polling booth in Mumbai twinning in white outfits. Deepika’s pregnancy glow was evident as she wore an oversized white shirt and light blue denim, while Ranveer complemented her in a matching white ensemble.

On the professional front, Deepika is gearing up for an exciting role as Lady Singham in an upcoming film that boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor. She is also set to star in the highly anticipated sci-fi epic "Kalki 2898 AD," alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani.

Meanwhile, Ranveer is preparing for his role in Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3',  where he will share the screen with Kiara Advani. Both stars have an eventful year ahead, balancing their professional commitments and the impending arrival of their first child.
