Bollywood Movies releasing this Diwali
With more than Rs. 200 crores riding on the three big-budget films, set to release this Diwali weekend, the producers are hoping for hits.

Rightly said, Diwali is the time when people spend more money. And if we take a look at the past records, a heavy duty range of the chartbusters have released and made it big at precisely this time. To top it, this year's Diwali releases provide a plethroa of flavors - Comedy, Action and Romance.
Cast: Most of the star cast has worked together previously. Akshay Kumar & Katrina Kaif are back together after hits like Namastey London, Welcome and Singh is King. Other successful duos include Lara Dutta - Katrina Kaif (seen before in Partner), and Lara Dutta - Akshay Kumar (Bhaagam Bhaag, Partner), Sanjay Dutt - Zayed Khan ( Dus, Shaadi No1). Who knows, what and who, will bring luck!
Story: The movie is centered around an underwater treasure guarded by the sharks.
Gossip: Most of the shoots have been undertaken in the waters in and around in Bahama and Bangkok by Peter Zuzzarani, who was the Director of photography for the Hollywood venture Pirates of the Caribbean. Lara Dutta, a non swimmer, learned to swim for this movie, and has proved to be a stunner in her gorgeous swim wears. Of course one is not to forget Kylie Minoque shaking a leg in Chiggy Wiggy. Katrina Kaif's look kept secret before the release of this film is expected to add a sense of expectation to this movie.
Why Should you watch it: For swimmer Lara Dutta, the stunning underwater scenes, the deadly sharks, a big star cast and stunts you may never have seen before. The underwater sequences for Blue were filmed at Bahamas in and around a real sunken ship.
Moving on to Salman's second release this year Main Aur Mrs Khanna, which after how successful Wanted proved to be, can only be eagerly awaited!
Cast: Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Sohail Khan, and Yash Tonk. A cameo done by Preity Zinta as a hot sizzling item number and a special appearance by Deepika Padukone.
Story: Main aur Mrs khanna revolves around the story of Samir (Salman) and Raina (Kareena) who have a fairytale marriage. Samir gets his dream job, and they have a great life until one wrong decision leads them to part ways. Raina then falls in love with Akash (Sohail Khan), and eventually breaks up with Samir. Problems enter both love lives, who will she choose?
Gossip: First choice for female lead was Priyanka Chopra, but due date problems she had to leave the movie. Later on Preity Zinta, Ayesha Takia, and Lara Dutta were considered for the role but ultimately the producer finalized upon the younger Kapoor girl. Another controversy has revolved around the striking resemblance of Preity's song, in appearance and choreography with Aishwarya's Kajra Re from the super hit Bunty and Babli.
Why Should you watch it: Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor's chemistry, Preity Zinta in an item song. Rumors claiming that Sharukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra will make special appearances in this film.
The third Diwali release is Rohit Shetty's All The Best: Fun Begins. Its Devgan's home production, while he also plays one of the leads. This film is also Rohit Shetty's third comedy after Golmaal and Golmaal Reurns, giving the audience enough reasons to look forward to the release.
Cast: Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu and Mughda Godse.
The movie's trailers have already made a talk around tinsel town, especially with regards to a particular scene with Ajay Devgan proposing Bipasha Basu in a vertically mid-air suspended car. he car it has been heard was some 8 feet above the ground!
Story: Dharam (Sanjay Dutt) is a London business man and pretends to be married to Vidya (Mugda Godse) although he is single. His brother, Veer (Fardeen Khan) is a singer and considers Dharam his personal bank. On the other hand, Prem (Ajay Devgan) is a car dealer married to Janvi (Bipasha Basu). Janvi runs the Chopra Gym. However, the twist comes in when Dharam and Prem are debtors to a local gangster, Tobu (Johnny Lever).
Gossip: After marrying a gay designer in Fashion, Mughda Godse romances Fardeen Khan. Yash Raj Films has taken up the overseas distribution rights for this film.
Why Should u watch it: Sanjay Dutt back in comic roles after much appreciation in the couple of Munnabhai flicks. Ajay Devgan is back after Golmaal. Both guys have appeased the audiences in such roles with their natural wit and comic timing and we surely hope these two stars together will give us many reasons to laugh. The romantic scenes between Ajay-Bipasha and Fardeen-Mughda look promising enough, here's wishing the gang All the Best!
