How did this idea of the name "Chote Miyan" come?
Initially, I named the youtube channel Chota Recharge but later, I changed it to Chote Miyan. I wanted to keep a name that reflects my personality. Although I love when people call me by my original name “Arun Kushwah”
Now that you've become a sensational internet star. Most of your videos are viral. How do you feel?
It is an amazing experience. But I wonder how these people first used to troll me and now they just ask for selfies.
How do you handle all the fame?
I have faced so much negativity in life that this fame "Mujhe Taad ke Jhaad par Chadne hi Nahi Deta." (laughs)
Any fan incident you would like to share?
Once I was sitting at a restaurant, 4-5 boys were staring at me and were checking their phones constantly. I understood that they recognized me and I thought they would come for a selfie but after some time they left. When I asked the waiter for the bill, he told me that it has been paid by that group of 4-5 boys and they have left a note stating that “Sir we love you, ye humari taraf se”.
Are you happy with the way your career graph is shaping up?
Absolutely yes, I can’t express it in words. It feels good to have things shaping up in the best way and I am in a happy space now. But yes, more things to achieve.
Well, he truly is quite the star!
