Actress Sriprada passes away due to COVID-19; Sudhaa Chandran mourns

Veteran Bollywood and Bhojpuri actress Sriprada passed away on Wednesday due to Covid-19 complications.

She worked with several Bollywood stars including Dharmendra and late Vinod Khanna in the 1989 movie Batwara. Some of her filmography includes Bewafa Sama, UIlaka, Aag Ke Sholay among others. 

She has done incredible work down South and was also a notable name in the Bhojpuri film industry.

Veteran actress Sudhaa Chandran who worked with Sripada in several projects mourned her loss and penned a heartfelt note in her memory.

Sudhaa shared a picture of Sripada and wrote: “Very sad news this morning .....actress Sreepada is no more....a great human, a v noble soul, caring Nd loving and a gud actress..... worked with her in several projects.....Om shanti my dear....u will be truly.”

Actor-politician Ravi Kishan, who worked with Sripada in the hit Bhojpuri film Hum Toh Ho Gayi Ni Tohar also remembered the actress, and said that she had a great nature.
